Mitchell Stein is the founding partner at the Firm. His practice focuses on Bankruptcy, Family Law including Divorce and child custody issues. In addition Mitchell focuses on consumer fraud, civil litigation as well as municipal court and criminal representation. He is admitted to the Bar in New Jersey.
Mitchell's pro bono legal work has been recognized by honors from Project Self-Sufficiency, a nonprofit community group providing services to low-income individuals.
Outside the Courthouse, Mitchell is a champion on the Tennis Court, having played for Rutgers and having competed internationally in the Olympic-styled Maccabiah games. He received his law degree Brooklyn Law School.
